Okay, loaded question from my point of view. We negotiate better. We have more contacts. We get you paid & handle your billings & collections. We know the industry. It's easier for us to be the bad guy. I could go on but you get the drift. So what are your thoughts? Are agents even needed anymore?

So you now have easier access to agents, producers, ad agencies and jobs that you'd never even heard of before. And you're auditioning 50% more than in the past.
But is this really a good thing? Are you now just a number? Are voice actors now jumping at any job regardless of the pay because you're competing against so many folks? And what about the equipment expense of having to maintain a home studio? How about the learning curve since you now also have to be an engineer? Here's where to voice the pros and cons.
